Guys I need camo blade finish pics. Help a brother out...

Before - this was my (at the time) 10 year old nephews Ratweiler from a summers use after he bought it from Jerry at Knob Creek.

This was the camo finish it came back with after its therapeutic spa trip...

I've been awat for a while guys. Can someone tell me what blade finish and handle scales were on the actual Walking Dead TGLB? Also, which season and episode was the knife used in?

That knife has been showing up in TWD since Daryl first showed up in the first season and is still featured in the newest episode. There are several discussion threads on that knife here in the Busse forum, a quick search came up with quite a few.

Its widely believed that the season 1 knife was an original TG with Black and Tan scales and what looks like a bead blast finish.

Though they, the show, has several. Black canvas was pictured, as well as what looks to be the competition finish along with Black and Tan with the competition finish.

Through whats currently offered a Black and Tan handled Tanker Grey blade TGLB would be as close as you can get. Strip the finish and you have a good start. Get a low ride flat top black leather sheath with the keeper snap toward the top and you have a WD rig. :)

I'm thinking this beats them all :) up armored did this beauty.

I've had a few done at Black Dove Customs in Shelbyville KY
Not necessarily camo, but this was a stripped SFNO with tan canvas handle. Now its Burnt bronze with OD green handle in Cerekoat
Also had a stripped boss jack done in all OD

Hey Leatherman, thx for the info my brother. I was hoping maybe someone had posted a good still shot from the TV show, to the forums by now, showing the knife?

fbusmc, how does cerakote hold up to hard use, as compared to the Busse coatings? I've always wondered what coating Busse uses on these knives. Anyone know???

AtA, are u saying there are multiple TGLB appearances in the show?
.... indeed I was, almost any episode with Darryl in it you will catch at least a glimpse of the TG. Leatherman sums it up best. If you go back through this forum there are multiple threads on the subject with screen grabs and some behind the scenes pics of the prop table (to include a couple of TGs and a blade-less version to work with the CGI enhancements). The real question is what the handle/blade combo on the FBM from this season is..... ;)

Do search for "Walking Dead TGLB" or "Walking Dead Knife" I know there were a lot of pics in one of those in the recent past. And a ton of info, pretty nifty stuff.
