Ren, I just ran across this a couple min ago - I'm really glad he'll be okay, and I'm sure that can only be one of the most horrifying things a parent can see.

Just talked to Ren. They are on the way home. Andrew had oral surgery this morning before they left. His pallet was broken and some jaw damage, so they wired his jaw shut. It will have to be that way for 4 weeks. Ren said Andrew was sleeping in his arms as they rode home. What a blessing to be able to take Andrew home so soon. Let's continue to pray for Andrew's healing.

Thank you soooooo much for your updates!. It has helped us all more than you know to be informed and let us know that our prayers have been answered regarding his ultimate survival,, although it is understood there is a long way to go!!.
