So there should be a confirmation besides the Paypal email? This was my third order from the company store and I've never received a confirmation other than the paypal.

yes, when using paypal you will get a paypal confirm AND an "online order placed" from Miva Merchant.

when using a credit card you will only get the "online order placed" from Miva Merchant.

the last four orders before i closed the store didn't get the "online order placed" from Miva Merchant sent to them or to us. we did go in and manually retrieved the orders after verifying payment so all is cool.

we will have this fixed as soon as somebody answers the phone on Miva;s end.

make sure your loading dock is cleared and your forklift gassed, mega oink order packed and ready to ship! :thumbup:
