I’d like to sell this gyuto with saya. This is my first kitchen knife for sale on this forum.

Blade length: 27 cm (10.6 inch)
Thickness: tapers from 3 to 2 mm (0.118 - 0.079 inch)
Height: 50 mm (1.97 inch)

Handle length: 13 cm (5.1 inch)

Silver steel (1.3 % C) in the middle with iron sides.

Hot dang! Just arrived:

The box was smashed and the retaining peg was snapped off but it's a minor inconvenience that I will have to fix sometime going forward. For now, this baby needs to get to work.
