Hello all!

Today I am offering one of my Gyuto knives from 3/32” AEB-L stainless steel. I have been working with AEB-L for over a decade and have been very happy with how it performs on kitchen knives.

This Gyuto is 12” long with a 7” cutting edge that has been grinded very precisely to slice through poultry and fish. Gyuto knives are not necessarily made for cutting bones or hard vegetables. The flats are hand sanded to 400 grit and the scales and pins are G-10.

The price on this Gyuto is $OLD shipped USA. I accept PayPal F&F, money order or personal check cleared.
Questions and comments are always welcome. Thank you for considering my work.

Mike

That's a mighty pretty knife at a mighty pretty price!!
Any guess on the RC of the blade? TIA and Happy Thanksgiving.

ETA: I really like the slanted handle front angle, which allows easy access for sharpening the heel and, in a saber grip, puts the thumb directly above the heel. 👍

Thanks! Formula for around 60, untested though.
