Hello all!
Today I am offering one of my Gyuto knives from 3/32” AEB-L stainless steel. I have been working with AEB-L for over a decade and have been very happy with how it performs on kitchen knives.
This Gyuto is 12” long with a 7” cutting edge that has been grinded very precisely to slice through poultry and fish. Gyuto knives are not necessarily made for cutting bones or hard vegetables. The flats are hand sanded to 400 grit and the scales and pins are G-10.
The price on this Gyuto is now only $OLD shipped USA, reduced from $OLD shipped USA. I accept PayPal F&F, money order or personal check cleared.
Questions and comments are always welcome. Thank you for considering my work.
