I leave you some kind of gyuto knife. It has some oriental lines mixed with the integral bolsters from the occidental style.
The blade is forged in O1 steel. The handle is made of natural olive wood with PVC and brass spacers.
The holder (?) is made of natural oak wood.

Thickness: 0.1"
