Here is gyuto for thé weekend!

Its chisel ground, sellectivelly hardened, kuro uchi 1095 steel blade is 8 1/2” long and the octagon handle tapers toward thé blade and is made of jacarandá da Bahia Wood, wich is a Wood I particularly like for its dark Brown color and strenght - its almost thé same as African blackwood, except that the later is usually a little darker.
