H•E•S•T as a slicer

Just wanted to pass along a few photos of my H•E•S•T slicing some paper. Even though it's a pretty thick little blade, sharpened properly, it can slice pretty well. I love this blade! - It's so versatile.

Thanks guys. No Edge Pro here - got that edge with Norton bench stones and a leather hone. 1095 sharpens so nicely that it was a piece of cake.

In a pinch, this knife could be sharpened on a flat rock, which is one reason I love 1095.
