Just use a Smith & Wesson sight adjustment tool or an old Western Auto or Craftsman four way keychain/keyfob screwdriver.
In the case of the S&W sight adjustment tool, you could hand file a micarta slab to slide and pressure fit one of them in place and dig it out with your fingernail or whatever, or put a smallish lanyard through the keyring hole on it and then have a small knot that you just snag with a fingernail, etc.
