Eh, Im jsut going to let you all work out the kinks. It will be well loved by the time it gets to me.

Im just happy to have a chance to see a knife I would probably not get to see live before buying one! What fun!

LOL I have no worries about the blade! Its RAT tough...

Now, a sticky, stinky handle... that may be more a concern :barf: LOL

Lucky me, I'm last! So maybe I'll just have to keep it a few extra days to get it all cleaned up and that blade hair whittling sharp before I send it back to Derrick.:p

Seriously, I can't wait to play with this little sucker.:D
 
Aww man, if only I signed up earlier. Wouldve had a chance to use it on some trees, 2x4s, and drywall.
 
Hey Jeff C. If you want to and its OK w/the rules, I will swap places with you. I don't know if SG picked randomly, or plotted the course strategically, but I'm ok with a switch if everyone else is.

Just wanted to bump this thread up so that the participants (order) list for the HEST knife pass around is close at hand.
 
I got thinking - while it would be strange to take part, so people would have to send the hest over the pond to me, and I'd have to send it back- I still would love the chance to handle the HEST ... so ...

I am also a member of the German messerforum, is there any chance of getting a HEST for a German passaround? Perhaps even a cooperation with one of the German Rat dealers is possible. I know at least one is member of the messerforum. And since the Izula passaround over there has just ended people might like the chance of handling another RAT knife.
 
Just dropped it off to the post office! She's nice and sharp and ready to go. I have to edit my video and post it up. Man I have an ugly mug and have a super annoying voice!
