This is just a longer and slimmer version of an old wharnie pattern I used to make The knife is very light and fast in the hand, and perfectly balanced right at the first quarter of the handle, directly behind the ricasso. The knife is extremely sharp, and has a needle point. Effortlessly pierces soft targets. I ground a slight swedge on the flat side for aesthetics (for the hell of it really lol) and it could serve for further ease of penetration/retraction. Hope you like this one guys!

Specs: -

8670M steel - 1/8in
Hardness - 60-61rc - HT to recommended specs in my digitally controlled Evenheat oven

OAL - 10 1/4in
Blade length - 5 1/4in

Razor sharp chisel grind w/ secondary bevels - Fine scotchbrite finish. Forge finish flats. Unsharpened swedge on top.

Black tsukamaki handle with textured rubber grip. West System epoxy hardened.

Fold over style kydex sheath. Configured for horizontal belt carry on a fixed loop. (in progress)
