I drove up from southern Oregon with my mom and picked up my buddy Mason and we camped out and had a good time even if they didn't have any zt's this year I still got a decent group I think.:thumbup:

I imagine it was all a blur, and might have been just a few strobe lights from feeling like a party. With all that discounted metal kicking around it must have kinda felt like a junkyard, but it looks like you managed to rake in a pretty sweet haul. I hope you didn't miss out on anything you had your eyes on when you went to take a leek. I also hope nobody was too pushy and started a clash, because someone there might have been an experienced brawler and it could have resulted in a knockout.

...I guess my knife humor needs work.

Thanks, folks! I'll be here all week. Make sure to tip the wait staff!

this is the best thing I've ever read

I bought the wife a rainbow leek and chive when she fell in love with and had to have them. But you got a much better deal than me. I need some of your luck.

Good thing you had your mom and buddy with you to haul all the steel back to the car! Very nice score.

I was so tempted to go but it's a 6 hour drive for me & I only wanted some ZT's and a Kershaw Launch. Glad you got the good deals I passed up lol.

Did you Happen to notice any Launches?

This might launch a new career for you.

Speaking of Launches, they had Launch 1 going for $39 I believe.

Yes, ZT's weren't available at the show. There were some only about 20 Blackwash Leeks available and the I was told that they are going to discontinue the Junk Yard Dog ( 1or 2 or both, I forgot to ask, sorry. But I did pick up a couple).

Did anyone go right before they closed? I was wondering if they discounted their blades even more before the sale shuts down till next year. Also, what happens to the unsold blades, pack it up for next year? I should've asked =(

Well, I have to shuttle my behind to work now.

Cheers,
B

I left Sunday about 1 hour before the close and saw no discounting from Friday's pricing in sport knives dept. and I was looking. Bot the terrific Kershaw $10 locking display cabinet but hadn't seen it on Friday. No axes of any kind left. One switchblade left xxxx. No acrylic display stands left. One ZT was being sold every so often, as was the case on Friday, when an employee shouted out the sale particulars. So a few ZTs were available.

Unsold blades (in mass quantities) are offered to our dear friends the discounters who you already know online or in person bless their business skill and bravery. Many thanks in keeping the fun going for me and others we salute you.

My hat is off to Kershaw & The US Marine Corp. for supporting Toys For Tots. Kershaw matches dollar for dollar customer donations. Sunday donate $10 and you received a folder to boot. WTG Kershaw putting happy into the holidays year after year. Bravo. I hope to see you again next year.

I was only there friday and they didn't have any autos because they said they can't sell them directly to the customers or something... Really wish they had zts!!!!!
