Had to "hard use" my CQC-8 last night

Now THAT'S why you need the Wave feature on an Emerson! Outstanding work young man. Extra points for using an 8.
 
"Hard Use" = cutting of a 1/4" green tree branch ...?

Is this Satire ?
 
Dang good knives, Emersons, solid design, excellent steel that (gasp!) cuts. (Even with that chisel edge...:D)
 
Same scenario again tonight, same friend and I were working on my car, under the same tree. Another low hanging twig, and this time I pulled out my Strider SNG, and it was harder to cut through the twig. It took 3 tries to cut through it. I'm not sure why, maybe the edge geometry.
