hair line cracks

well i am making a knife some what like Scott Ickes Avatar
wont be as nice but some what like it.
I would like to know when you put the epoxy in the leg bone and you have some hair line cracks in the bone , is the epoxy enough or should i super glue them on the out side?

I made a knife with a legbone handle 10 years ago and other than getting a little aged looking the legbone has stood up well. It depends on how seasoned the bone is.
