Really glad you're enjoying this knife, I felt like it was very true to my style as a maker. The more high relief carving I do the more I love it. So happy that you chose Mr. Seward for the sheath, I couldnt have dreamed up a better pairing. Sadly I didn't seem to take any interesting WIP pics of this blade except for the ones below in which I was down to tweaking the carving. I'm waiting with great anticipation to see what Caleb does with the individual shots of this knife.

Haley, thanks for sharing these in progress shots of the carving.
Lots of skill demonstrated in infiltrating the deep relief carving into the overall handle sculpting.
 
An absolutely amazing knife! I saw, and handled, a similar style at the Seattle show where it was a real show-stopper.
 
What a wonderful knife and sheath. A knife with that level of beauty should have a sheath that completes and complements it. The result when that happens is wonderful. Kevin, congratulations on the scoring this one and thank you for sharing it.

I really like that photo. The background is at a steep angle and the knife itself is head on showing an accurate profile. Good stuff.
 
Nice photo by Caleb. I really like this little knife and glad you picked it up. As unlikely as it may be, keep me in mind should you ever decide to let her go.
