I am not sure if this makes me a folder bigot, but I cringe every time I see a well made folder using cheap/ugly handle material.
If it is a cool thing like jeans with holes in them or something like that, I guess I am just not cool enough.
For 3 days I have marked down all of my thin cut scales to half price.
I figured if some of the folder makers tried some nicer wood on their folders they would get a good response from their customers and maybe use nice wood a little more often. Some of the wood can be kind of spendy but at half price almost everyone can afford to give it a try.
Today I cut up a bunch of stabilized Koa and added them to the folder scales that were already in the store.
The folder scales are in the Thin FOLDER SCALES section of the web store.
There are some Natural Hardwood Scales like Ebony and Rosewood.
And a bunch of Stabilized Scales that were professionally stabilized by K&G.
These are the stabilized Koa scales I added today.
