I contacted HalfBreed Blades by email yesterday about adjustjng a loose sheath. I was hoping that they would get back to me within a couple of days. I was surprised to hear back from them within the hour and that they actually read the email. No standard form response... a specific detailed answer and video to fix my issue, which turned out to be a User Error (Got to push it in until it clicks.....Embarrassing, but true). Great customer service is getting hard to find so I appreciated this experience greatly.
