Up for sale is a 4-inch Winchester back pocket by Jerry Halfrich. The scales are jigged paper micarta and the steel is CPM 154. It has fluted bolsters, the blade is perfectly centered and its Jerry Halfrich sharp. The knife does have a strong backspring on it.
I did carry it a handful of times, but I dont recall what I might have cut with it. There are a few very light marks on the blade. Im not sure if their from when I carried it or if theyre opening and closing marks. Theyre very hard to see. (The scans are from when I got it, but if someone wants me to Ill scan it again. Although I dont think the marks will show up.)
Its the original edge by Jerry; it hasnt been sharpened or stropped by me.
I dont know what Jerrys wait list is these days, or if his prices will go up again this year, but if youre looking for a great knife to carry this one will fit the bill.
Cost is $650 plus $20 for CONUS only Express Mail shipping. If you want to do PayPal, add the 3 percent, otherwise a money order is fine. If youre not totally pleased with this Halfrich BP upon taking possession just let me know and Ill refund the money.
