I am about to buy one of these knives..but i cannot really decide so i would like any input any body here would like to put in. I would be using if for a carry knife while rock climbing, kayaking etc.. where blade deployment speed can be very critical sometimes. Any body here have any thoughts as to which of these would stand up better??

What a price to pay for speed of deployment! You could get a great custom fixed blade for less, and it would work better -- faster and stronger.

I guess the Nemesis is the double-edged, dagger configuration. Not a good idea when you want it for working under emergency conditions.

My rock climbing knife is a BM 835. Zytel handle/frame, thumb stud one-handed opening, ATS-34 steel in a nice full flat grind. Best knife I have for spreading peanut butter in the field.

Seriously, if you wanting a nice, utilitarian knife for field work where you might either lose it in the water, or drop it from 200 ft up, the BM 835 or 845 (does that even exist?) is hard to beat.
