Here is the deal. I sold this knife once and when the new owner got it he noticed the fire button would not pop back up when you deploy the blade. Give the blade a little tug and it pops right up. So I called Microtech and they said it is certainly covered under warranty but they suggested I try to oil it first. I added some oil and it indeed helped the situation, the button went from popping up 10% of the time to popping up 90% of the time.
My local dealer said he's happy to send it in for me. But I figured (since I'm lazy) that I would offer it here at a discount "as-is" and if the problem bothers the new owner they can have their dealer send it to Microtech. Otherwise I will just drop it off any my dealers on Thursday and let him ship it off for me, when it is returned from service I will sell it at the old price. Either way, no skin off my teeth.

Now for the knife physical details:
HALO V T/E Urban Camo Standard 150-1UC
This knife is new, never sharpened, never carried, only fired a hand full of times. Comes with nylon sheath, box and paperwork. It has a couple little spots on the back side of the handle in the anodizing. These were there from the factory, they are clearly shown in the photo and they are on the non-logo non-firing button side of the handle. I just point them out for full disclosure.
