Does anybody know if something unusual is going on with them? The last few days when I've called, I've gotten a voicemail that says they are closed even though I was calling during open hours. I finally tried again this morning and got a different message indicating that if I wanted a response I should call a different number. I did call that number and had to leave a voicemail requesting a callback. A short while later, I did get a call back from someone at the number I got this morning, but it was clear that they had butt dialed me by accident and I never got them on the phone. A subsequent call back to that number got me the voicemail again.

I have not tried email yet because I was looking for a quick response to a simple question, but calling them is getting me nowhere.

Has anybody had a different experience with Halpern Titanium in the last week or so?

Well, i finally got a hold of Marianne. I guess they are just ultra-busy, which is a good thing. :thumbup:
