George, No problem....I'll run the comp. Poor Dave.... the only way he could figure to get out of the cutting comp was to knock a big tree down in his back yard! Now if he cuts the tree all up w/ his knife I wont bust his chops!:D

IG, Is there anything else you would like me to do a demo on other than forging?
Mace
Mace, a grinding demo????

Phoey, last minute cancelation on my brother's part, so my evil twin brother wont make it, but i'll be there bright and early, with the ice !

Let the good times roll!!!  :D Starting the coffee.;)
I hope you all remember what to bring (Justin and BBBB Beaver)??????;)

Mace, a grinding demo????

Now you're gonna have everyone turn up to your HI's with a bootload (Trunkfull for the yanks] of unground blades thinking you'll provide all the belts so long as they have a spectator [:D]

I't must be Sat there now, it's 5 minutes to Sunday this side of the dateline.

I.G., here's hoping that you have a great HI!! Wish I could be there, but I'm anxious to hear how it went. Make sure someone takes lots of pictures, both of ladies and forging exercises! I don't care what the guys look like.

sorry I missed it today. got about 25 miles from home and the truck went belly up. just got it home...

cant wait to see the pics and to hear about how it went. there better be pics, dad!!!!! HEHEHEHE!!! :D
This is the only pic that I shot and it was at 4:00AM this morning. It's of your Uncle BBBBBB Beaver. I also want to thank Mace and his nephew for carrying him into the house.
I got the present that Jim Gardner gave to Mace to give me.  It really works well in my neighborhood.:jerkit: :jerkit: Thanks Jim. I'll only put it up when you visit. HEHEHEHEHE!!! So they can shot your Larda$$ and not mine.;) ;) :D

I would like to see pic's of the Damascus Billets that were made here at the HI. Bill Vinning's billet came out really nice, thanks to Del's instructions. Going forward it's Damascus Del in my book.
I also like to thank all the other Bro's that brought beer and food. :D
Bill V. did very well at the HI  ?? He didn't catch on fire.:D But or should I say Butt will be on fire today. HEHEHEHEHE!!! He ate the Chili.
The only mishap that occurred was that my attack dog Ferrari ( 18# Schepperke) bite Justin.:(

Hi All-
Sorry George, I survived your chili without any major bodily malfunctions. I asked the wife to try out your Smoked relish when I got home. She put a bit on a cracker and I told her that she may have too much on it. After she tried it, she spoke some words that I have never heard her say before.:D :D Overall it was a great time. Thanks again George. Looking forward to the next one!

Anyway, here is a photo of the 1084/15n20/nickel damascus bar I made while wearing my flame retardent suit. Thanks to Del Ealy for the over the phone instruction. Everything went according to plan and the bar came out better than I had hoped. I managed to get 2 good sized bars out the billet and had some left over for one of the new guys to play with.
