Here is a forged hammer poll tomahawk.Forged from a bar of 1060 high carbon steel..The hammer poll was heat treated just like a regular hammer head so you can drive metal stakes no problem  Edge hardened in parks 50 and tempered..The cutting edge is 3 3/8" wide and the head is 7" long..This hawk weighs right at 2 pounds with the handle..A real chopper and would be nice for processing firewood around camp,etc..The head has a forge finish..The handle is Ash, stained, oiled with boiled linseed oil and then finished with wax..
Asking $117 shipped priority with conformation conus..Paypal or postal money orders are fine..The paypal address is phllpwest@bellsouth.net
Thanks

Yes I've been lurking and waiting for one of these for a while. Looks really nice and a great value

The maker is Lisa West--and she does indeed make Great Edged tools and Knives
Yea, Lisa is my wife..I am the one that taught her to smith..She took over the businesss from me..Ive finally talked her into opening her own account here on Bladeforums..Least she says shes going to in the next few days;) I already had a knifemakers account here so Ive just been posting everything for her.She works a full time job and does this on the side so every little bit I can do to help is more time for her.She does have her own website though..
Thanks for the kind words guys..
