Splendid all around.....ivory micarta is pretty stuff but I hate working it. Love the color case hardening - I'm going to have to get my bone/charcoal out and do a guard or two.

It was actually wonderful to work with. I used fresh ceramic Cubitron belts going SLOW on a contact wheel, and finished the shaping with needle files and sandpaper.

CCH is a blast ain’t it? Addicting stuff.

Thanks! It’s addicting stuff. I have another half dozen going that feature it, including frame handles.
