Hand American 14" Smooth & Grooved Steel
Like new condition. Case hardened to RC62-64, half smooth and half fine-grooved. Comes with a honing leather sheath and wooden cradle for the tip (if you want to lay the steel on the counter to use it). Hand American really makes the finest smooth butcher's steels out there.

Like new with nagura. I tried it a few times but decided I don't need this grit level for my knife steels. Quite a smooth and pleasant waterstone to work with.
