Anybody familiar with a company called Hand American? According to their website, they sell a variety of sharpening supplies, e.g., leather, sandpaper, liquid, paste, and solid abrasives.

I've tried emailing these folks and have left telephone messages as their voicemails system requests....all to no avail.
 
I've gotten stuff from them acouple of times. Great products! Never had any problem ordering from them. Sorry to hear your having a problem getting in touch with them.
 
Good company with nice quality products.
Only down side is that they are not 'Web people' and
have not yet learnt how important the web can be to their business.
I would phone in my first order with them to make sure........
 
I've yet to order anything from them but I have heard nothing but good things about the company. I do know 2 guys who have dealt with them. I wouldn't hesitate dealing with them at all.
 
I've bought many of their products, and they are very high quality products and very nice people. I've typically picked out what I wanted on their web site, then given them a phone call.
 
I have purchased from them three or four times. All were good experiences and will buy in the future
 
In that I have tried to contact them by email and twice by phone, and they have not returned either my email or phone calls, I placed my order with LeeValley.com. As a consumer with money to spend, I get annoyed when sellers are unresponsive to my inquiries. It makes me wonder how they would handle a customer service problem.

Anyway, I placed my order with Lee Valley yesterday and it shipped today. All is right with the world again.
