This is my first posting on a forum so hopefully it looks all rite when I finish this entry. This Bowie is forged from 5160 by 1/4" stock, the blade is 7.75" from point to hilt. The blade is 1.5" at its widest point. The hilt is shaped mild steel and the handle is 5" of striped Maple. The distal taper makes for a very light and fast blade. The overall length of the knife is 13". A hand sewn leather sheath is included with the knife. The price for this knife is $230, price for shipping in US is included. Thanks for taking a look.

Jim,
Beautiful knife. If you can take paypal, I'll take it.
If not, I'm sure someone else will snap it up shortly.

Grandpaja, now you are really making me excited about the bowie. :D Plus I have family in MN, so it's great to get a knife from a maker in that state.

That's sure looks like one outstanding knife!

Very interested in more of your craftsmanship, you'd be a welcome addition to an already great group of fine knife maker's, you'll do well IMO

awesome work I can see how this would be a very fast knife and easy in the hand...the blade style almost looks a bit persian influenced IMHO....great bowie...the new owner of that has a prize...
