Hard to get handmade Thai e-nep forged by Boon Home. These are now harder and harder to find due to strong domestic demand within Thailand. I believe waiting period is now 10 months or so. Differentially tempered 11 inch convexed ground razor sharp blade, forged from spring steel (5160?). Handle is about 6 inches long. Chim Chang hardwood (much much harder than desert ironwood) handle. Hidden tang (the tang is around 4 inches, so it's not a short rat tail tang) with a pin securing it through the handles. Very lively blade. Do a search and you will see good reviews on this native blade by Tai Goo, Matt Lamey etc. That's on top of the hundreds of daily users in Thailand
