I was at the Lonestar knife show a couple of weeks ago. Not much going on there but got to talk to a lot of new people. I found a guy I've been hearing about but couldn't find. He has the best supply of handle hardware at killer prices. He had it all Corby's, Loveless, Acorns ( he calls them dogbones ) and the JP bolts I see on ebay and in some of the supply catalogs. He also carried some artificial wood and ivory that looked so good I bought some. I picked up several of each kind of hardware to see how good they are. ( we all know killer prices usually means crap ) His stuff it top drawer and it comes in brass, stainless and nickel-silver ( his NS prices are fantastic) I sent him a email and ordered more of the 3/16 NS corby's @ a buck a piece. Hes not a supply hog where you can get everything but that's ok with me. He talks positive about his competition and sent me to Pop's and to Knife and Gun for things he didn't have. It was nice to see a new supplier at a show!
