Awesome thank youGet some Bob Smiths CA "INSTA-CURE" and "Insta Set"
Fill the gaps with the CA glue compress carefully and hit it with insta set.
It will dry fast and rock hard.
Be careful that glue runs quikcer then water
any hobby shop should have it.
What do u mean the bambo is aligned wrongimho the bamboo is aligned the wrong way.
But to save that handle if it is already attached, I'd try to epoxy it in place and finnish.
Clean well, rough it up with samdpaper, do the same with the wood, take slow cure epoxy and let it set in a warm room
Yep ur 100% rightThe grain of the wood should be running lengthwise.
Apparently, you got the brass hot when shaping the handle. Heat will destroy a glue joint.
You can even get metal too hot filing it by hand.
