Wow, I'm really surprised that there are still 5 blocks of stabilized koa under $45 still here. I just wanted to point out the lower prices doesn't mean they're bad blocks. They're actually REALLY nice blocks and they're pretty good sized. The lower prices just means that premium koa doesn't have to be $80 or more.

Hey Josh. In post #7 I listed that block #7 was sold. I forgot to edit that part in my original post. My bad.

So block 7 is sold but #3 is nice for $45 or I can send you a different really nice block for the $50. Just let me know.
