Just like the title says whats your favorite handle material on a folder and

why ? I like titainum best. Just like the looks and the feel of it. I like the

weight of ti too.

i love G-10. Why? because its not fancy, its tough and doesnt break, most of all its lightweight. As for Fixed blades i prefer Micarta or G-10.

For Fixed (or a well-done micarta)

It depends on the style it is, most bowie or traditional styled blades I like with a good piece of antler...but open to the nice fiber polymers being made now with modern styled blades. The feel of my BM210 is amazing, it was the first knife i owned with a neo-polymer and its worn well.

I am also a fan of FRN. It is a super tough material but light as a feather...

It really does depend on the knife. Generally g-10 , titanium , cf , rough micarta in that order.

Sambar Stag, Cocobolo, or some type of exotic wood with nice figure. Kind of like my women nice figure. :D;)

Is it ATS 34?
I lost Odyssey ATS-34 with G10 handle,some 10 years ago,still didn't get over it.

As for handle,natural material,birch bark ,wood(nice burl),antler,leather.

Ti, G10, CF are all great. i agree that FRN has its times when it would be best to use, either for lightweight or for salt water applications.

It's hard to say. I like whatever suits that particular knife.
But if I had to choose...Titanium would be my go too handle material.

I don't know what it is called, but I would have to say whatever plastic is used for the Griptilians. Why? They are feather-light, yet strong as heck!

For folders, I prefer mine to be as light as possible, and for size this material wins out over anything else I've seen. Some say it feels "cheap" I don't care, for me its function over prettiness!
