Daniel can I get one of your high grade curly maple pieces (the large you listed for $20) and a piece of the redwood?

The redwood piece I have has a check in it that has been filled. If you think you can work around it (and it shouldn't be hard)...then I'll let you have it for $15.

When you say easy to work around, are you talking about cutting away or hiding in a pin hole or coloring to match the rest?

Generally if it is not structurally flawed, I'm not scared. Some of the mesquite I tried cutting had checks that show as small black lines and as far as I am concerned it adds character, not detracts, but then again I've been accused of being a little different!
