Black canvas micarta for MKK with stainless hardware. I use these screws because you can unscrew them with anything flat, whereas torx screws you actually have to have a torx wrench to get them off. Smoothy texturing, finished to 600 grit so far. Gonna do a bit more finishing work, but thought I'd toss these up. Standard style, rather than covering the whole handle.

Looks amazing!! Will it still fit in the stock sheath?

thanks for everything!!

Psyop, brother, got your scales done today. I'm anticipating getting some cash in soon so's I can send these out to you guys. Yours is a slightly different design that I'm trying out. Let me know what you think! Finished the cocobolo to 1500 grit then hit it on the buffer. Bottle opener, as requested, still works. These should accept any 6x screws if you want to change hardware.

Also, on an unrelated note, you guys might appreciate the handles I put together for a couple new fighter/utility blades I made up:

Black canvas micarta on the one with the glass breaker pommel, and black/green G10 with cocobolo liners on the other. These still need to be heat treated and finished, so you'll have to pardon the unfinished look. I'm thinking about making some scales like that when I get me some tweeners.

Cool looks like it will be a better grip for my big hands. Still working on getting that blade all shiny for it. Thanks a bunch.
