Handle Scales - Need Help Identifying the wood

I got these from a knife maker friend of mine, but I can't figure out what wood they are. I've been told White snake wood, but every time I look up snake wood, it looks nothing like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is the visual browse site that wood-database runs. It is sorted by appearance and coloration.

Hard to tell from the photo, but looks like it could be Zebrawood. Zebrawood has several species inclusive, some with darker veins like yours have.
Please post when you do find out, as it is some nice looking wood.
