handle sealing

I am doing a pure white wood handle and i was wondering if i could epoxy coat it to keep that pure white. I have a tri color stripe inlay that i also would like to coat. If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it. thank you-josh

I would dip it in wood hardener it seems to stay non yellowing for woods that i have used it on.

Super glue works well...... if you just want a hard clear finish you might want to look at 100% carnuba wax. It's hard and you have to burn it in with a buffer.

All epoxies will yellow over time, especially if exposed to sunlight. Just look at some old white linen Micarta.
