There is a button next to the emoticons/smiley face of a tree (4 down to be sPecific). Click that, then navigate to where your pictures are on your local machine. Alternatively, you could use a site like imgur.com to upload pictures and then copy and paste the links here

you have to put them on an image hosting site (photobucket, flickr ect.)
