I am having trouble finding out who made this knife. Does anyone recognize the mark? Thank you all in advance for your input.

From the photo it looks like it reads SISISIS Is that correct?

Thanks, Ryan. I am not sure if the markings between the "S" is an "I" or just a divider. I posted over on BRL's forum first but had no replies after a couple days so figured I would try over here.
