I can press most materials as long as they do not have a anti rot or waterproofing. I can twist, stack, wad the materials for all sorts of interesting and unique patterns

I am using a high quality, clear, UV stabilized (and expen$ive) true epoxy resin to hold it all together.

Using my current molds I am comfortable going 1-3/4 x 1-1/4 by 11". If this will not work for you I'll be happy to discuss scaling up to suit your needs.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Todd, is that unique hybrid red silk/red canvas pinkish or red? Same question on the dragons breath. Also, is that cotton camo just as durable as the others?

Rob,
The canvas component has some white threads in it that makes it look lighter when you grind against the bias. The coarser you finish it, the lighter it seems. I would not call it pink. The pic of the dragons breath shows how it seems to darken the more polished it gets.
Yes, the camo cotton should be just fine, it is a solid block, it just has too much epoxy left in it.
