Hey everyone,

My name is Casey Vermillion. I was recently furloughed by my job, so I decided to start making my own knives. I am new, and I am still learning new ways and techniques to do this......but I am passionate about my knives and I strive for perfection. Here is what I have to offer right now.

This is the second knife I have ever made, and it's a Custom Tanto Fixed Blade. Here are the specs:

Steel: 1095 high carbon
Blade length: 3.25"
Overall length: 7.125"
Finish: Forced Patina
Handle: black g10 with "random" pattern, .25" brass pin and tube
Sheath: black kydex
Price: Asking $100 (price includes PayPal fees and shipping w/tracking number)

Every thing about this knife was done by my own hands. It started as a piece of bar stock, and was transformed into what you see. From rough cutting the design, to grinding, heat treating, cleaning, handles, shaping, and finishing.

Dremel tooling on the handle? Whatever it is that's an interesting and sharp looking handle style.

Yes. I had never done a pattern on a handle with a demel before, so I figured the best thing I could do, without messing everything up, was go for a random rocky/pebble look. I think it actually turned out nice, and it feels good in the hand too.
