Handmade Winchester

I have a Winchester knife that has the Winchester name on the blade, it is a folding lockblade, with the words "hand made" and "440 stainless" on the tang, with the horse and rider logo on the metal band at the top of the handle on both sides. It has a wooden handle and on the lock mechanism it has the number 2243. I emailed Blue Grass Cutlery about it and they emailed back that they havwe no information about this knife. Does anybody out there have any info on this knife or would know how I could find out?
