I too am the proud owner of one of these deadly beauties. Josh is no slouch in the craftsmanship department. For the money, this blade is hard to beat. The true aesthetics of this knife are difficult to describe until you have one in your hand. The grinds are gorgeous and the form matches the blade's functionality precisely. The piece feels almost weightless when in hand and, for a knife that's a little over 10 inches in total length, that's an impressive feat. I often end up carrying much smaller fixed blades than I'd prefer because I find myself annoyed by the extra weight of many of my other blades. Josh has created a perfect compromise between weight and size. He wasn't exaggerating when he claimed they were "light enough for neck carry." And sharp? Yep, like a 5", easily concealed razor on your belt. If you're thinking of buying this or another of Josh Mason's steel creations, you won't be sorry.
