I'm being full of shit,as often,not having anything of substance to contribute.However,there IS a whole lot to It-to the rythmic,musical,Periodicality of hewing...(just like there is that for Forging...)...If nothing else,it has a Lot to do with our Breathing...
I've resent these videos of yours to my girlfriend,who,as a musician,immediately picked up on that very thing.

There's a photo somewhere of a guy,atop one of those table-tops,adzing that outstanding pattern...couldn't find it,by internet's barely working...But you get the drift....

the videos are just about an embarrassment other than some very pointed aspects that almost get recorded. More than anything else they're an expression of trying to do more than one thing at a time and screwing up both. But yeah, all the elements must be tightly reigned in and at some point we have to hope for a degree of unity between work and worker.
