Good looking knife! Great pictures too! Not really sure why you were brandishing your knife at that wine glass but those lamb loin chops sure looked great! Man I need to do up some of those or a couple of racks again soon.
 
Great looking blade! That lamb looks mighty good...we're still unpacking and were to beat make a big Christmas dinner (in-laws will be up here Monday...so that will be the "big dinner")...lamb cooked outside over coals sure beats pizza:D
