Light Heavyweight
Double edge Fighter.
Called a Light Heavyweight because it is made from 1/4" 5160 stock but it has the weight close to a blade made of 3/16" stock and a 1/4" spine that runs almost the entire length of the blade. By using a deep double hollow grind and lightening the handle (Holes in the Tang) to balance it this blade is "Deceptively quick in the hand"
Grip area is still way more than strong as the lightening was done in the center leaving plenty of steel. Working finish ready for use.
Handle is Stabilized Redwood Burl W/ beautifull deep grain. NS pins and thong hole liner.
Blade is 6" tip to front of scales and 11" OAL
Weight is 11.5oz
