Hanna Update

That is REALLY good news. SO happy for you guys!
 
Actually we are all very worried that without chemo, it may come back. She is in the high risk category, which puts her at a 45% chance of it returning. It`s a long way from being over.

Praying Hanna is in the 55% side where it doesn't return John.
 
Indeed. Cautious optimism is the phrase of the day.
 
That may be the best news I have ever heard. I'll keep praying that it never comes back and that she some day finds the cure for it.

Hopefully it'll not come back, in the mean time Hanna gets a break from the Chemo at least.
Is she still getting all the other stuff and will the port be removed?

She will be off everything, but the port remains for awhile.
 
Great news about Hanna, John. I've been following Hanna's struggle here and it's been a long road to this point. I know I speak for many when I say Hanna really is an inspiration (I KNOW I'm not half as tough as her). Praying she stays healthy. God bless.

Today Hanna`s ANC is 5166. She goes back on November 3rd for her last treatment, bone marrow, spinal tap, antibiotic, CBC. We will know if the cancer is still gone that day. After that she will come back once a month for a year, then her port can be removed. Please keep her in your prayers, and pray the cancer is still gone.
 
Lots of prayers coming from Karen and I.
