Hanson Scary Tac with Rings

I was bent over shooting another knife with my back to the door, when I heard this BIG BOOOMING voice:

"Hey Susan! It's nice to see you again. I've got a little project for you..."

Coop

That's a bit disturbing  Remember the old adage about having your back to the door. Sorry Coop, won't call you Susan any more. :D

On a serious note...a Best Folder thread to compliment Roger's highly anticipated annual Best Bowie would be neat. Wouldn't want to see "Best Everyvariationyoucanthinkof" threads poppin' up but Best Bowie and Best Folder would be fun.

VERY NICE!

And this time I even like the color of the liners... ;)

Kind regards,

Jos

Undeniably stunning!! Striking profile with amazing materials and the dead on execution Don brings to his work!! Congrats on scoring such a great piece.

Congrats Rob, glad this one has been become a reality for you! Don did it again!

Maybe its just my poor memory but I cant remember a better looking knife from Don. This is my all time favorite of his. I love the way he used the rings and the waves to compliment the design. Perfect knife Don.

Wow, this is my first look at Coop's images.

This was all Rob's idea, I just put in the time, Paul dressed it and Coop did his magic.

Thanks to all involved and for the good words guys!!!

That ring ivory is not easy to find--not many pieces show that configuration--that is nice-I love ivory and that is purdy-I see a eagle head sticking out of that shealth--beautiful knife-I'm kinda new to the forum but have been watching Mr. Hansons & mr. Graves posts-I really enjoy there work-Thank you

I don't usually go in for the real fancy folders like this, but this one is just too amazing. That ivory fits the bill, outrageous, I have no idea how the bolster was even done but it definitely is an eye catcher, I could look at that pattern all day. Not usually a "skulls" fan but this manages to look good but not creepy. The only thing I'd have done different is a klingon warbird opener versus the enterprise saucer. I'm just saying ;)

Another dimension to enjoy. The eagle head sticking out of the sheath is prominent after your mention of it
