Unique locking device. You push one side of the finger guard towards the handle with your thumb and the blade swings open. When open it is locked solid. To close you again have to push one side of the finger guard toward the handle and it closes just as smoothly.
There is a slot in the wooden case that is for a vial of lubricating oil which is missing.
Never used, carried, or sharpened. Nearly New condition. Includes everything pictured.
