Happy 4th Of July

I always consider what our founders risked when they signed the Declaration of Independence. The risked their fortunes and their lives for a shot to do something that had not been done up to that point. Among the arms used in that war, a good knife was always a constant companion.

For my family, it will be BBQ hamburgers, baked beans, and potato salad.

I hope everyone has a safe 4th; try not hold a bottle rocket in your hand too long. :)

BBQing tonight, tri tips and burgers.

Tomorrow just relaxing, going to the races, demo derby, boat race and bus race. They put on a pretty good firework show also. We decided not to blow up the neighborhood this year. We pretty much pissed off the entire city last year and the Sheriff told me they were going to be watching us this year 🤣🤣
